Messages like “HELP PLEASE” or “IT DOES NOT WORK” are absolutely useless. Making a good report with information will help us to help you.

Include at least these things when requesting help:

-A detailed description of the problem, with

-What the bot was trying to do when the problem occurred

-What was the notification the bot’s said when the problem occurred

-Operating System/System Hardware

-A picture of the error

-Ideally, make a video showing the bot’s behavior, when it’s running during the error. Record using a mobile phone, or using a screen recording service, for example: https://www.loom.com/

-The antivirus software and firewall software you are using, if any
